My sweet friend Lilly is hosting a Milk and Cookies themed baby shower this weekend, and I must say I am so excited she asked me to design some paper goods for her, especially since a while back I had come across this gorgeous MILKaholic Sip & See party posted on the Hostess with the Mostess, designed by Halfbaked. A sip & see party is a great way to celebrate a newly adopted angel into the family. It’s where family and friends gather to exchange gifts, thoughts, and well wishes for the new addition to the family. Using MILK as the party inspiration is such an amazingly clever idea! I love every detail of this party, from the milk bottles to the yummy sweets, to the cow print.
I cannot wait to see the finalized Milk & Cookies party Lilly is designing. I am sure it will be beyond stunning. Best wishes to the new parents to be! What a blessing it is to be new parents! In the meantime, here is a preview of some of the tent cards we designed. Stay tuned, our full MILK & COOKIES line will be available shortly in our Etsy shop.
Hope you enjoyed! Until then..stay chic!

Our sweet cousin Austin’s birthday was this past weekend. The weather held up thankfully! Even though there was a 70% chance of rain, it rained in all the surrounding areas, but not at sweet Austin’s house! He had a blast and everyone fell in love with our Nautical themed candy station we styled for him. It was the perfect combination of fun and delicious treats for a hot but refreshing pool party celebration. I am so grateful to have been part of such a big party and a big celebration, Austin is officially a teenager :). Happy Birthday Austin..we love you!
Check out the rest of our Anchor’s Away Nautical DIY package that is now available on our Etsy shop. Although summer is almost over, I cannot wait to style more parties with this theme. It was a blast!
This has got to be one of the hottest summers of all time! Every time I turn on the news there will be “record-breaking” heat, not only here in South FL, but all over the nation. I don’t know how much more of this heat any of us can take! There are definitely a few ways to keep cool. Water activities are great and fun, but please make sure to load up on your sun block! Ice cream is another great idea, not only is it delicious but it’s so refreshing too! Check out this amazing ice cream toppings lazy susan, isn’t it just adorable? And it’s definitely perfect for any of your ice cream socials!
A sweet friend of mine will be hosting an Ice Cream party this weekend, and in honor of it, she has asked me to design some matching paper goods for her. The colors of the party will be very summery: hot pink, orange, lime and aqua. Such yummy flavors for such a yummy theme! Here is a little sneak peek:
I will definitely be posting some pictures of her party once it’s all complete. As always, I am positive it’s going to be amazing as she outdoes herself every time! I also cannot wait to share the rest of our line with you, it will be posted to our Etsy shop shortly! Hope you enjoyed these previews. Until then…stay chic!

We all know how much I love the fall, I have so many exciting decor ideas for my most favorite holidays. I feel like my mind is constantly running, and yes I think I now suffer from insomnia because of it. ha!
Of course you already know how much I love Thanksgiving decor; its mix of rich fall colors such as browns, oranges, and auburns. And I think I appreciate this style of decor that much more because we don’t have an actual fall season down here… our leaves don’t change colors and our wind rarely blows :(.
Let’s also not forget how special Thanksgiving really is; there are so many fun activities to do with your kids and what a big part of history to celebrate! I am so blessed to be able to teach my daughter its history and we are certainly blessed to be here and to be thankful. When I started working on my Fall Harvest line I knew I had to find inspiration from one of the design gods, Amy Atlas. And as always, she styled the most gorgeous and delicious Fall themed sweets buffet:
I am very much looking forward to Thanksgiving this year. Not only to be able to style it for my family, and not only because of the amazing food, but for the amazing family I am so blessed to share it with! Will you be hosting Thanksgiving at your place this year? If so, check out these sneak peeks of our Fall Harvest line that will be available in our Etsy shop soon!
Happy Styling! Until then.. stay chic!

It must be French fashion week around here, anything and everything I came across is French inspired, and I must admit that I am loving every minute of it. This post will be short and sweet as my poor little Sophie is sick so I need to run back to tend to her :(. In the process of browsing around for some additional inspiration for my Mother-In-Law’s French Fashion House party I am working on, I came across this amazing Chanel collection cookies by A Dozen Eggs Bake Shoppe. They really are to die for, and let’s not forget to mention how delish they look!! I know I said I would keep any additional previews for this party to a minimum because I would love to share with you the final product as a whole, but I simply cannot contain myself!
What do you think? Aren’t they the epitome of what our party will be about? Chanel, Black, White, with a touch of Pink! I am counting down the days to this party, not only because I am styling it, but also because it’s so close to my heart.
Hope you enjoyed this preview! Until then… stay chic!

I love anything and everything French, as you can see in my French Fashion House post. My sweet little Sophia is really into her Disney Princesses now. Her two favorite princesses are the moment are Cinderella and Belle. A few months back we changed over her room from a nursery to a “big girl” room and it was tough deciding on a theme. I knew wanted something that displayed her love for the Disney princesses, but something that was sweet, vintage, and something she can grow into over the years. At the time, we were living in place where her bedroom was big enough to double up as her play room as well. It was great because she was able to sleep, laugh, and play all in the same place. When browsing around my favorite store, Homegoods, I came across this adorable vintage cinderella off-white iron carriage. Once I picked it up, I KNEW RIGHT AWAY that vintage Cinderella would be it for the theme. I pictured using blue with touches of pink, for soft girly touch. But just a few weeks later could not believe my eyes when Andrea from Dolce Drive posted a preview for her daughter Sabrina’s birthday. It was exactly what I wanted, but for Sophia’s room. I was so inspired when looking at all the amazing pictures of little Sabrina’s Royal luncheon that were posted on Hostess with the Mostess. They were absolutely breathtaking. And what was even more ironic, is that the SAME exact carriage decor I had purchased from Homegoods would be one of the focal points of Sabrina’s celebration:
Sabrina’s party really has been the best inspiration! Sophia’s bedroom is still a work in progress, as in between decorating we moved to a new place where now she has TWO rooms, a bedroom and a play room. For the past few weeks I have been struggling with the idea of having this theme spill over to her playroom. But after much research, keeping in mind how much she loves Beauty and the Beast as well, AND coming across these amazing Mrs. Potts cake balls from Bakarella, I decided to stick with the french/vintage theme BUT make her play room Beauty and the Beast Inspired. What a concept!
Now she can have the best of both worlds, Cinderella AND Belle. Some additional inspiration came from the the color combination for the new Belle costume available at your local Disney store. Especially the touch of the pink roses:
So her play room will consists of baby yellow, light pink, roses, off-white , and vintage pieces. It’s still a work in progress, but wow how great would this be as an accent piece?
I hope to complete both rooms in the near future, but for now she is definitely excited with the progress. She always asks to put on her “princess dress” and dances around both rooms with her princess wand. Hope you enjoyed some of my many inspirations! Decorating has always been a passion of mine, starting off with home decor!

My nephew’s Finding Nemo party yesterday was a hit. Even with the sun AND clouds, Anthony had a great time finding Nemo. His utter excitement when he saw the candy station we styled for him, was priceless. I am so honored to be able to have shared that special day with him and to have styled a party for him that is so close to his little heart. Since the theme was Finding Nemo, everything had to be orange and blue and fortunately we were able to incorporate some of his favorite sweets using those colors: gumballs, pixie sticks, reeses, crunch, dipped pretzel sticks, rock candy, marshmallow pops, nemo gummy fish, cupcakes, gold fish, cake balls, and cookies. We also added some extra personalized decor by using our Nemo Inspired DIY printables (cupcake toppers, a triangle party banner, candy station tags, and candy station decor signs). Check out some previews of his party, and make sure to check out the adorable cookies his momma made him using store bought sugar cookies, blue frosting, orange sprinkles, and goldfish! Not only were they adorable, but they were delish too!
